Google Pixel celebrates the legendary career and jersey retirement of soccer icon

Google Pixel approached INDIVISA to celebrate Megan Rapinoe’s legendary career and provide a platform for fans to pay tribute. I designed and wrote up the concepts to position Pixel front and center in the celebration while organically highlighting the innovative features and cutting-edge design of the Google Pixel 9—punctuating the brand’s position as the must-have device for soccer fans.

IG Reels on INDIVISA and GOAL

INDIVISA & GOAL partnered with Google Pixel, The NWSL, Seattle Reign FC, and Megan Rapinoe to produce 4x custom social videos to celebrate Megan's jersey retirement—shot entirely with a Google Pixel 9.

‍Over the 3-day celebration, we handed the mic over to Megan and her fans in attendance, to create several distinct content pieces honoring the icon. First, fans got to test their knowledge of the legend's career against Megan herself. Then, we gave fans a platform to share what Megan has meant to them, and to the game, on and off the field. Finally, we gave two lucky fans the surprise of a lifetime—by inviting them to sit pitchside for their hero's jersey retirement ceremony (and the game following), and meet Megan herself!
